We are doing good! Me and Elder Canfield are doing great! The work is moving very smoothly recently which has been a great blessing! We found some new people to teach this week which is awesome and we have some baptisms coming up, that I'm super excited about! So cross your fingers that they go through! :)
We are in a car now.. we got it fixed last week I think it was.. so its a blessing that we have a car now.. but I miss walking a little bit.. but everything is good.. cars are nice as well!!
But this week was nice because we were also able to do some service for a member this past week. Actually a couple of services! Which was really nice, we cleared out this ladies garden... (by the way this might sound funny, but I want to have a garden when I get home!! haha I don't know just seeing fresh food grow sounds so awesome!! :) so yeah that's a new interest of mine.). Random but its whatever :) Anyways sorry, we helped that lady and that was fun.. then we helped another member paint one of her rooms which was also nice!
We also were able to teach a new investigator who I think is very promising - but we had a powerful lesson with him, it was sweet! So that's super exciting!
And we definitely celebrated the 4th of July! (haha you know its funny..) I was super excited for it the other week! maybe cause I'm all the way across the world and NOT in America that I was like " YEAH!!! 4th of JULY!! WOOH WOOH!! HECK YEAH LETS PARTY!!! " We had fun.. all the African Elders were funny, for most of the party they didn't know why they were there! hahaha it wasn't till later that one of the African Elders asked " why is everyone freaking out?.. and why are we eating a cake with an American flag on it?!.. " haha yeah my patriotism has grown here in South Africa! But yeah we had fun! :) So definitely a better week than last..
Week 75! I know! But I still got some time! So I hope to make the best of the time I have been given! :) Please tell Tau and Toa I said hello!!
I hope you all have a great week! Continue to love and treat others like the Savior would! It is a tremendous blessing to be able to love people for him!
